In an affluent suburb of Kampala, among the socially and financially privileged, a middle-aged woman, Nanta, is trapped in a loveless and childless marriage forcing her to make a choice on whether to stay in an institution that many African women consider the ultimate achievement or defy the conventional and cultural norms and embark on a journey of self discovery and healing.
